Appointment-only Policy and Visitor Directions
If you have questions about your retirement benefits, make an appointment with one of our benefits counselors. It is helpful if you are within a year of your retirement, as that will allow us to give you the most accurate assessment of your retirement benefits. We also ask that you have requested and received a retirement estimate. Please use Form 309 to make this request. You can expect to receive the estimate in approximately 8-10 weeks.

Our office is located on the 4th floor of the Albemarle Building at 325 N Salisbury Street in Raleigh, NC. If you are coming from outside the Raleigh area, here are directions to our office.
